Ningbo Jinshan Imp & Exp Co., Ltd. is one of the regular Council Members of "The Managing Director of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Recycling Metal Branch (CMRA)" and is also a processing and utilization company for Category 7 Scrap designated by the State Environmental Protection Administration of China.

The registered capital of Jinshan is RMB5 million. Our main business is to import raw materials such as Scrap E-Motors, Cable Scrap, Scrap Aluminum and Scrap Cu from EU, the USA and Japan. Our annual output is 50000MT for Scrap E-motors and 10000MT for Cable Scrap.

Jinshan owns two smelt factories, one for Cu wire with annual output of 30000MT and the other for Aluminum Blocks and Aluminum pipes with annual output of 20000MT. Our subsidiary company has invested RMB250 Million to build up a new electrolysis copper factory with capacity 100 thousand Tons per year in the Binhai Industrial Zone of North Yuyao City, in 2006, and they put into production officially in June 2007.

The main task of our company is to import the raw materials from overseas market for the smelt factories and to Export Cable, Plugs, Aluminum block and Cu wire.
